A Premium Member enjoys the most competitive rates offered in the basic plan and to guest users, while being able to take advantage of the charging point reservation service. In addition, the Premium Member is entitled to a free personalized RFID card to charge on the incharge network even without the incharge app. Finally, a Premium Member is entitled to a 20% discount on charging equipment from nrg stores & a 10% discount on all products from nrg stores.
Upon registration, a new incharge driver can choose the relevant subscription plan. When registering, they will need to enter an amount at least equal to the annual subscription and then top up to start charging like a regular member. In case an existing incharge driver wants to change their plan to Premium, they will need to send us an email to [email protected] with their request, indicating their full name. Sending of this email must necessarily be carried out from the email address provided by the user when registering in the Application.
Yes. The change to Premium requires sending a relevant request to [email protected], indicating on the request your full name and email address, which you have indicated when registering in the Application. As a Premium Member you can use the incharge application as usual, with additional benefits, such as more competitive rates and the option to book/reserve charging points.
To become a Premium Member, you must choose the new subscription plan of the incharge network with an annual subscription fee of 50€, which is offered at a preferential price with a 50% discount for the first year, resulting in 25€.

A Premium Member may cancel their subscription at any time by sending a request to [email protected], indicating on the request their full name and the email address they have provided during the registration in the Application. Upon cancellation of the subscription, the registered member directly switches from Premium to regular.
No. The cancellation of the Premium Membership before the expiry of the anniversary does not create an obligation on the part of nrg to refund any unused portion of the relevant subscription fee amount, which is forfeited in favor of nrg as reasonable and fair compensation for the administrative costs of activating and deactivating the relevant account.
In case of canceling the subscription and switching to the basic plan of the incharge application (with the current schedule of rates for registered users), the user may continue to use the RFID card normally. In case of cancellation of the subscription and parallel deletion of the user’s account from incharge, you must send an email to [email protected].
No. Regular incharge Members will continue to enjoy the incharge services as usual. Moving to Premium status simply offers additional benefits and features.
Only if all the people use the incharge application from the same user account. In any case, a subscription is accompanied by one RFID card only.
A Premium subscription is automatically renewed on each renewal anniversary until the Premium Registered User requests to be removed from the Premium account.

With Reserve now, the user proceeds to reserve a point immediately, for a specific period of time based on the options displayed. With Reserve by date, a point can be reserved in the future, at most within the next 8 hours. (These details may be subject to change.)
When a charging point has a reserved status and no charging has yet been activated by the user who made the reservation, the point is displayed as blue and exhibits a ‘status reserved’ sign. In this case, no other user is allowed to charge except the one who has made the reservation.
No. Once a user has connected the charging cable to their vehicle and until the charging point becomes available again, the Reserve now option is not available.

RFID cards act as an identification method to start or stop the charging process RFID card holders can scan the card at the charging point with the corresponding labeling and receive the services without the use of the application. This way they have the ability to charge in places with limited mobile signal and in cases where they have no battery in their device.
No. RFID cards can only be activated for Registered Users (Premium or not).
Each Registered User who wishes to obtain an RFID Card is invited to send their request to[email protected], indicating the postal address to which they wish to receive the card. The RFID Card is sent to the Registered User inactive. In order to activate it, the Registered User is invited, upon receipt, to send a request to the email address [email protected] requesting its activation. The activation is usually completed within two (2) working days from the receipt of the activation request. The RFID card can be used exclusively against start and stop of a certain charge, practically substituting in this respect the use of the Application.
In case of theft or loss of the RFID Card, the Registered User must immediately notify nrg of the incident by sending an email to [email protected]. If the request is submitted within working days and hours (Monday - Friday and hours 09:00 - 17:00, excluding public holidays), the deactivation of the RFID Card is carried out on the same day. For requests submitted on weekends and public holidays, the deactivation of the RFID Card shall be carried out on the next working day.

The app is enhanced with smarter features for seamless charging station searching, displaying nearby chargers more easily and allowing for quick and simple access.
All data from the previous version of the app is preserved. The funds in your wallet remain unchanged, as does your charging history and all the information stored in your profile.
The only thing, you will need to re-enter, is the payment method (debit/credit card).
The old version of the app is no longer available. Therefore, if you do not update, you will not be able to use the app.
The next time you open an older version of the app, you will be prompted to update. We recommend updating as soon as possible to continue enjoying all our services without interruption.
